The hotel is centrally located and clean, offering complimentary water and a fridge in the rooms. The ambient lighting could be a bit warm at times, but overall a pleasant stay. Staff were apologetic and attentive, with quick issue resolution. It was convenient for the show at Bath Hall and the staff were excellent. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with room service being a standout but breakfast lacking variety.
